The Company
Rinde Regeltechnik GmbH was established in 1966. At the time, our business consisted of the production of high-quality electronic controls for building installations. In 1969, the year of the moon landing, Rinde launched its equally

innovative operation to produce printed circuit boards, initially in addition to the controls business. Printed circuit boards are complex substrates that form the basis of every piece of electronic equipment. As a result of miniaturisation of electronic components and overall growth in consumer and entertainment electronics, the need for printed circuitry experienced strong growth beginning in the late 1960s. Printed circuit boards replace the open wiring of components, a process used |
into the 1950s; this enables far greater efficiency in the production of electronic equipment. In response to growing market demand, soon the entire company of Rinde Regeltechnik GmbH was devoted exclusively to the production of printed circuit boards. As it was at the time Rinde still produces exclusively according to customer specifications and is heavily involved in prototype development. To be found among the clients that value the committed team and the vast expertise at Rinde GmbH are major corporations such as Siemens or Vaillant, as well as small and medium-sized firms in industrial electronics and the EDP industry. In contrast to the trend in the industry (in the past 15 years, competition has reduced the playing field from 400 to only 120 companies), Rinde Regeltechnik, under the leadership of principal shareholder and qualified engineer Max-Horst Rinde, has steadily progressed and has secured for itself a solid place among the established German producers of printed circuit boards. |
